We are seeking a Chief Wireless System Architect to contribute to the development of next generation wireless products, on behalf of one of the Top 3 global leading Wireless Communication Technologies OEM R&D units.
This role is critical to maintaining and advancing our client’s position as a leader in the wireless communications industry.
You will be at the forefront of technological innovation, driving the vision and execution necessary to shape the future of wireless systems.
As a Wireless System Architect, you will play a role in shaping the future of next-generation wireless systems, including technical planning and innovative research, integrating both software and hardware architecture from a holistic wireless system perspective. This role requires driving breakthroughs in critical technologies, making key technical decisions, and establishing industry influence to ensure our client’s wireless systems remain at the forefront of the market.
Responsibilities:
Develop Professional Vision:
• Gain deep insights into industry development trends, maintaining strong connections with both academia and industry.
•Establish and articulate a clear vision and mission for the future of wireless systems, guiding the field’s development and driving industry progress.
Lead Wireless Systems Technology Direction:
•Stay ahead of development trends in RF technology, algorithms, air interface evolution, SoC chip technology, BTS system architecture, and RAN system architecture.
• Identify key challenges and opportunities to enhance the competitiveness of next-generation wireless systems.
• Influence industry standards by setting technical trends and guiding the direction of industrial development.
Lead Core Technology and System Architecture and breakthroughs:
• Deeply understand and grasp customer business needs, gain insight into industry trends and competitive dynamics, and lead in-house research and collaboration to carry out pioneering research in the next-generation wireless system domain, proposing major evolution directions and key technology solutions to meet customer demands
Build an Expert System:
•Continuously advance the technical system in wireless systems research.
•Cultivate and mentor a team of wireless systems research experts, growing their influence within the industry.
Qualifications:
•Industry Experience: Over 15 years of experience in wireless communication system
•Technical Expertise: Proven track record of successfully delivering wireless technology solutions in 4G and 5G environments. In-depth knowledge of wireless communication technologies, including RF, algorithms, SOC, and system architecture.
•Industry Connections: Strong relationships with academic and industry partners.
•Leadership: Proven ability to drive technological innovation and set industry trends.
•Customer Insight: Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and industry shifts.
•Team Development: Experience in building and leading expert teams with significant industry impact.
